He is the son of veteran actor, Krishna who is an actor in Telugu Cinema. He graduated from the Prestigious St. Bede's School in Chennai & later graduated with a B.Com from the famous Loyola College, Chennai. He married Bollywood actress, who was the former Miss India Namrata Shirodkar on February 10, 2005.
